Applications are being invited by Department of Welfare, Collectorate Munger from desirous candidates for the recruitment of Training & Rehabilitation Officer, Project Manager and Advisor. The particular recruitment aired against the scheme of “Chief Minister Women Empowerment Scheme” On contractual basis appointment will be made on purposed posts. Recruitment related remaining information are being given below: -

1. Training & Rehabilitation Officer
No. of Posts: – 01 (UR-women)

Age Limit: – Not exceeding 50 years

Educational Qualification: – Bachelor Degree in any discipline of Psychology, Social Work, Sociology from reputed university

Experience: – 03 years experience in respective trade is needed at NGO or Govt. organizations.

Salary: – Rs. 4000/- Per month (inclusive)

2. Project Manager


No. of Vacancies: – 01 (UR-Women)

Age Limit: – Not more than 40 years

Educational Qualification: – In the discipline of Social Work or Sociology, applicants should have completed Graduation

Experience: – 05 years post qualification experience, on the issue related to women, in any Organization.

Salary: – Rs. 10000/- per month (consolidated)

3. Advisor

No. of Posts: – 02 (One each for Women and Men candidates)

Age Limit: – Not beyond 40 years

Educational Qualification: – Bachelor Degree in Discipline like Psychology from recognized university

Experience: - At least 02 years of working experience in Govt. Organization or NGO on concerned subject related to women.

Salary: – Rs. 5000/- per month inclusive will be given

Note: – The post shown in Sr. No. 01 is meant for Alpabas Greeh, Munger and others Posts are meant for Help Line, Munger.

Method of Selection: – Candidates eligible will be opted through personal interview. In this regard no any correspondence will be made to candidates.
